Congresswoman Luz Rivas Announces Inclusion of over $13 Million for CA-29 in House FY26 Funding Bills
LOS ANGELES — Today, Congresswoman Luz Rivas (CA-29) announced the inclusion of 15 Community Project Funding (CPF) requests in the House Appropriations Committee’s funding bills for Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26). These requests total over $13 million for community projects across CA-29.
“The 15 community projects included in the House Appropriations Committee’s FY26 funding bills take a big first step toward improving the quality of life for everyone who lives, works, and visits the district,” said Congresswoman Rivas. “These projects would upgrade the district’s pedestrian infrastructure, strengthen STEM education opportunities, and prepare CA-29 to welcome fans and athletes from around the world for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
